FACILITY OPERATIONS

Developed an operations plan for the remediation of past disposal activities for a Fortune 50 Client. The plan detailed procedures for the excavation of PCB contaminated material, its subsequent incineration, and the operations of the ash landfill supporting the incinerator.

• Developed detailed landfill mining plan.
• Prepared the Waste Acceptance Plan.
• Designed the Waste Analysis strategy.
• Wrote the landfill operations plan for the ash monofill supporting incineration.

Prepared an operating plan for the Eastmont Sanitary Landfill, Wenatchee, WA. Situated in sandy loams, the landfill did not have soils suitable for daily cover readily available.

• Developed soil amendment process using municipal digester solids as a soil amendment that enabled the landfill to create soil suitable for cover material.

Blackburn Landfill in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Prepared the operating plan for the landfill.

• Implemented the Operations Plan as the landfill manager. Brought site into profitable operation.

Lapeer Landfill, Lapeer, Michigan, landfill expansion.

• Developed Operations Plan the landfill, constant with the new regulations under.

• Implemented the Operations Plan as part of the expansion of the landfill to an 80-acre state-of-the-art facility.

• Successfully supervised process modifications and operations at a 1.25 million GPD trickling filter municipal treatment system.
