Blackburn Landfill, Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Remedial Construction to bring site into complance.

• Successfully conducted remedial construction activities including surface water management systems, subgrade preparation for a synthetic liner, placement of 45,000 cubic yards of compacted earth cover, and the mitigation of leachate seeps.

Lapeer Landfill, Lapeer, Michigan, landfill expansion.

• Oversight of construction expanding landfill from 5 acres to 80 acres under Michigans Act 641 regulations.

Bethlehem Landfill, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Cordinated construction of Pennsylvania’s first double lined landfill.
